Mary meets Death.

Lately at least three times a week. Previously around once a month.

WHAT'S GOOD?

We quickly fell in love with this title. Not a new concept but the execution is stellar. It's like Calvin and Hobbes only with a girl and Death. The art has evolved and improved over time, but the writing has stayed sharp. Love the fact it is black and white and Death's dialog is white on black. in general the use of black provides an understanding that creator Matthew Tarpley has the pro skills to pay the bills.

WHAT'S NOT SO GOOD (IN YOUR OPINION ONLY OF COURSE)?

Minor detail but sometimes Death's eyes look like vampire fangs. Took a bit to get used to, but once we figured it out, the double takes stopped.

WHAT DON'T WE KNOW WE DON'T KNOW?

Death has some of the best advice.

WHAT DO YOU REALLY THINK?

For the moment, Mary Death has shot to the top of our list!
